The strangest thing happened to me about a month ago in an old cabin in the hills. I was out for a walk when I realized that someone was watching me. You have probably had that experience before. I felt suddenly afraid, and I knew that soon I would have to make a decision. My friend Emily had called me the previous day, and told me all about Kelsey’s problem with her mother, and I was a little worried about her. Then, all of a sudden, I saw in my mind what I realized was my worst nightmare, and right then I knew I was in love! I remembered what my grandfather had told me about a situation like this. It was very important that I not panic. Very calmly, I spoke a few quiet words to myself and realized I was no longer afraid. Before I knew it, I was alone, and I decided I needed to think about it some more. So you see, I really wasn’t cut out for things like this, and I decided I had to tell you all about it.
